Admission to the College

Admission to the college is subject to “Admission Policy for Open Cantts.” laid down by FGEIs(C/G) Directorate Rawalpindi.

Eligibility Criteria to apply for admission in XI:
  1. Minimum SSC Marks: 50% (for Humanities), 60% (for PM, PE, ICS) [However, admission would be decided on merit]
  2. Maximum Age at the time of admission: 18 years.
  3. Maximum one year gap after matriculation.
Admission Quota:
  • Armed Forces (Serving): 25%
  • Armed Forces (Retired): 10%
  • Defence Paid: 10%
  • Open Merit: 52%
  • Students with Disabilities: 2%
  • Sports: 1%
  • FGEI and Shuhada: Over & Above
  1. Application Form: Obtain the prescribed admission form along with the prospectus from the Admission Office.
  2. Submission of Form: Submit the duly filled admission form along with required documents within a given time frame.
  3. Required Documents: Admission will be considered provisional unless attested copies of the following documents are submitted. (Also bring original documents
    1. Copy of Matriculation Certificate/Result Card.
    2. Copy of HSSC-I Result Card (for admission in XII only).
    3. Copy of Form-B from NADRA.
    4. Original Character Certificate/CLC from the previous institution (for admission in XII only).
    5. Copy of Father’s CNIC.
    6. Copy of Mother’s CNIC.
    7. Two recent passport-size photographs with blue background.
    8. Original NOC in case the Matriculation is from any board other than FBISE
  4. Merit List: The  Admission Committee will thoroughly examine and verify the admission forms and documents submitted by the candidates and will display the merit list.
  5. Submission of Fee: Fee challan will be issued to candidates who qualify on merit and their admission will be confirmed only after submission of fee within the specified time frame.
  6. Allocation of Unclaimed Seats: Unclaimed seats will be offered to students on Waiting List and the second merit list will be displayed within two weeks. They will have to go through the same procedure as described above.
  7. Change of Subject Group: A student can request for change of subject group only if the following conditions are
    met:
    1. The request should be within fifteen days after getting admission.
    2. Seats are available in the desired academic group. 
    3. The request should be accompanied by valid reasons for the change.
    4. The student must meet the criteria in the desired academic group.
    5. Parents’ consent
  8. Note: Decision by the college administration regarding eligibility and group change requests will be deemed final.
  9. Migration from Other Colleges: Limited number of migration cases from other colleges will be entertained only if: Documentary proof of transfer posting of parents is provided.
    1. The subject group is offered in the college.
    2. Migration is from another district (i.e. migrations from another college located in
      Sialkot district are not allowed).
    3. The student is eligible to sit in XII otherwise.
    4. Student ID Card
      1. Student ID Cards are issued to all the students after two weeks of admission. Students are responsible for its safe custody.
      2. Loss of the ID card should be reported to the nearest police station by the student. A duplicate card will be issued only after a copy of the police report is submitted along with payment of the specified fee.
