Board Examination Schedule:
HSSC (both part I and II) annual exams usually commence in the last week of April.
However, only eligible students will be allowed admission to the exam.
Eligibility Criteria for Appearing in Board Examination
To be eligible to appear in the final Board examination, a student must meet the
following requirements (which are subject to change from time to time):
- Achieve at least 75% attendance during the academic year.
- Notfail in two or more subjects in the Send-Up Examination / December Test.
- Maintain overall good conduct, as certified by the Class In-charge and House In
charge.
Withdrawal of Admission from Board Examination
Admissions to the Board examination are granted provisionally to all eligible students.
However, if a student demonstrates poor performance in subsequent assessments or
exhibits irregular attendance, his/her admission may be withdrawn, rendering them
ineligible to appear in the Board examination.
Promotion to XII
After the final examinations (HSSC-I), students of Class XI who have demonstrated good
conduct will be provisionally promoted to Class XII and permitted to attend the next
academic session. However, upon the declaration of the HSSC-I board examination
results, students who fail in two or more subjects will be removed from the college roll.
Permission to continue studies in the college in any class shall not be claimed as a matter
of right. A student shall be examined and reviewed in the light of his/her academic
performance, his/her regularity and punctuality, and Confidential Record of his/her
conduct and behavior.
The decision of the Principal shall be binding on all students concerned.
