Discontinuation of Study at the College

A student is required to inform the college immediately if he/she intends to discontinue
studies at the college and get his College Leaving Certificate issued to avoid subsequent
complications.
Issuance of College Leaving Certificate (CLC)
College Leaving Certificate will be issued to a student if the following conditions are met:
All college dues are paid, and clearance is obtained on the prescribed form.

Clearance Certificate from Library, Labs, and Sports In-charge is obtained on
prescribed form.
Parents’ consent.
Struck Off from the College Roll due to Uninformed Absence
If a student remains absent from the college for more than two weeks without informing
or citing a valid reason to the college administration, his/her name will be struck off from
the college roll and the college administration is not bound to inform such students or
their parents.

  1. College Fee/Dues
    Submission of the College fee/dues
  2. College fee must be submitted at the specified bank only.
  3. College fee is payable in advance and in total.
  4. College Fee submitted at the time of admission does not include any Federal Board
    charges such as the Board Registration Fee and Examination Admission Fee.
  5. College Fee can be revised by the directorate from time to time.
  6. The college is not bound to notify defaulters or to issue reminders for payment of
    fee.
    Fee Refund Policy
    The college does not have any fee refund policy. Thus, the fee once paid will not be
    refunded under any circumstances.
